The tank's new combat module includes upgraded electronics and the "Kalina" fire control system, allowing for improved coordination with other units on the battlefield. Thanks to the panoramic sighting system, the tank commander can more effectively detect and neutralize targets in real-time.

As Bulgarian Military explains, the T-90MS is powered by an upgraded V-92S2F engine with 1,130 horsepower. These enhancements contribute to improved mobility, and the automatic transmission allows for better maneuvering in various terrain conditions, including urban and desert environments.

By presenting the T-90MS at IDEX 2025, Russia aims to strengthen its position in the international combat vehicle market. This tank competes with Western models, such as the M1A2 Abrams and Leopard 2A7, offering modern solutions at an affordable price.

Potential buyers of the T-90MS could include Middle Eastern countries, such as the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and India, which already utilize Russian military equipment. There may also be interest from Asian countries like Vietnam and Indonesia, along with some African and Latin American nations, reports Bulgarian Military.
