Russia and Ukraine agree on safe Black Sea navigation
The White House announced after talks with both parties that Russia and Ukraine have agreed to ensure safe navigation and refrain from using force in the Black Sea. The statement also emphasized that the United States will work towards restoring Russia's access to global markets in agricultural products and fertilizers.

The United States also stated that it will help restore Russian access to global markets for their agricultural products and fertilizers. It was highlighted that the US aims to facilitate access to ports and payment systems for such transactions.
End to attacks on energy infrastructure
Both sides also agreed to cease attacks targeting energy infrastructure in Ukraine and Russia.
The United States is also set to support prisoner exchange processes and facilitate the return of Ukrainian children taken from the country.
According to the White House statement, the US will continue to support negotiations between Russia and Ukraine. It was emphasized that efforts will persist in striving for a lasting and enduring peace.
