Puff Pastry Snails Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 sheet of puff pastry,
- 2.82 oz salami,
- 5.29 oz sliced yellow cheese,
- 1 red pepper,
- 3.52 oz canned corn,
- 1 teaspoon mustard,
- 1 tablespoon ketchup,
- Provençal herbs.
Preparation:
- Unroll the sheet of puff pastry. Combine the ketchup and mustard, then spread this mixture evenly over the pastry sheet.
- Arrange the slices of cheese and salami on the sheet, leaving some space empty at the top edge. This is where the roll will be sealed.
- Dice the pepper, then mix in with the drained corn and Provençal herbs. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the cheese and salami layer.
- Roll the pastry into a log, and cut it into slices about 0.6 inches thick. Place the slices on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Preheat your oven to 356 degrees (without using the fan function). Bake your pastry snails for about 20-25 minutes. This will be the perfect addition to your New Year's Eve menu. Enjoy your meal and have a fantastic celebration!
