Ricotta will be an excellent addition to oatmeal. Not only does it taste great and pair well with fruits or nuts, but it is also high in protein and relatively low in calories. So, add ricotta to your oatmeal instead of milk and wait for the results.

How to make tasty and healthy oatmeal? Instead of milk, add ricotta

Why is it worth serving oatmeal with ricotta? Ricotta is first and foremost a very tasty cheese, but a lot of good can also be said about it in the context of healthy eating. Nutritionists rank ricotta high among cheeses for people on low-calorie and high-protein diets. This is because it is a source of highly digestible whey protein, characterized by low-calorie content and high calcium content. Moreover, even though ricotta contains 20-30% fat, it is still among the lowest-calorie cheeses. It is also a source of minerals and vitamins A, D, E, K, and almost all of the B group.

Oatmeal with ricotta will be an excellent addition to your diet and a great solution for a quick, tasty, and very nutritious breakfast. Simply prepare the oatmeal with water and add a generous spoonful of cheese and your favorite toppings at the end. This can include a banana, which adds sweetness to the dish, and cocoa, which is an extremely healthy addition.
