Then you certainly need to stay with me till the end and see how you can whip up an impressive pasta pizza quickly and easily at home. One glance at this dish is enough to make you instantly hungry!
Even the most discerning palate wouldn't shy away from such a meal. It's pizza and pasta in one!
Ingredients:
- 1 onion,
- 2 cloves of garlic,
- about 0.88 lb of pasta,
- around 0.88 lb of tomato passata,
- 1.5 teaspoons of dried oregano,
- 1 tablespoon of salt,
- approximately 33.40 fl oz of homemade broth,
- about 0.55 lb of grated mozzarella,
- 13 slices of mini salami.
Instructions:
Step 1. We begin this recipe by preparing the base. To do this, peel and finely chop the onion and fry it in a greased pan until golden brown. Then, add the peeled and chopped garlic cloves.
The key to this recipe is using the appropriate pan. It must be oven-safe as this dish is put into the oven for baking at the end.
Step 2. Next, add the raw pasta to the pan, along with the tomato passata. Don't miss out on adding the dried oregano and salt.
Step 3. Finally, pour the homemade broth into the pan. You can use either vegetable or meat broth for this recipe. Stir the ingredients well and simmer for a bit. This step lets the pasta absorb the flavors and swell.
Step 4. Firstly, sprinkle the shredded mozzarella over the dish. But that's not all! Arrange the mini salamis on top and then place the pan in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes. Ensure the oven is set to 392 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 5. That's it! Your delicious, intriguing dish is ready. Enjoy!
