Intriguing, isn't it?

A perfect fish and broccoli dish for Friday dinner

Move aside basic fish batter and plain roasted fillets. Embrace readily available ingredients and create a simple yet spectacular meal with fish and broccoli (or cauliflower) crowned with a delectable crumb topping. Ideal for a comforting Friday dinner.

You ask, which fish is best? You can choose pollock, hake, blue whiting, or cod. Look for the blue MSC label to ensure your fish comes from sustainable sources.

Complement your dish with boiled potatoes or groats (buckwheat, bulgur, pearl barley) for a wholesome meal. Don't forget a side of fresh vegetables. A Chinese cabbage salad often pairs beautifully, though a bold sauerkraut salad can also be a splendid accompaniment, delighting the palate with its vibrant flavors.
