Ingredients:
- 1.32 lb. turkey breast,
- ⅓ cup of olive oil,
- 1 tablespoon of dried oregano,
- 1 tablespoon of dried thyme,
- 1 tablespoon of dried marjoram,
- 1 teaspoon of salt,
- ⅓ teaspoon of pepper,
- 10 slices of yellow cheese,
- 10 slices of bacon.
Preparation:
Step 1. Prepare by cleaning, drying, and laying the turkey breast on a cutting board. Make a few horizontal incisions along its entire length, creating the effect of mini pockets for stuffing.
Step 2. Next, take a slice of yellow cheese, place a slice of bacon directly on top, fold it in half, and insert the assembled package into the pockets you made earlier.
