Ribs for Dinner
Ingredients:
- about 2.2 pounds of pork ribs,
- 2 onions,
- 2 cloves of garlic,
- salt, pepper,
- sweet paprika,
- rib seasoning,
- flour,
- about 5 ounces of cream (18% fat),
- 2 bay leaves,
- a few grains of pepper,
- a few grains of allspice.
How to prepare:
- Rinse the ribs in cold water, then pat them dry—season with salt, pepper, rib seasoning, and sweet paprika. Slice the onions thinly, and mince the garlic.
- Sear the ribs in hot oil, then add the onion and garlic. After about 2-3 minutes, transfer everything to a pot. Cover the meat with water and add the spices (bay leaves, pepper, allspice). Secure the pot with a lid.
- Combine flour and cream into the dish after stewing the ribs for approximately 50-60 minutes. Heat until the sauce has significantly thickened. Adjust the seasoning if needed. Serve with your favorite starchy side and a salad. Enjoy!
