Begin with discipline and avoid procrastination. The truth is, the more you postpone something, the harder it will become to get started. When the time to wake up arrives, resist the urge to hit snooze, grit your teeth, and rise. That's how you learn to manage your time and take charge of your destiny.

The earlier point connects with the next one, planning. Instead of making a mental to-do list, write your tasks down in your phone and categorize them. Complete the essential tasks first and gradually trim down your list. You can't imagine how much this will transform your life! Along with tasks, schedule in downtime, exercise, or the dog walk.
