Lavender lemonade

Lavender has been known and valued for centuries, not only for its charming fragrance but also for a range of beneficial properties. In ancient times, it was already used for medicinal and cosmetic purposes, but few people know you can also make delicious lemonade.

Lavender is known for its calming and relaxing properties, making it ideal for stressed people. It also benefits the digestive system by accelerating metabolism and the secretion of digestive juices. All this makes lavender lemonade an excellent drink for those who are tired and stressed or on a weight-loss diet.
