Rachel Weisz and Daniel Craig appeared in Venice at the premiere of the film "Queer," which is receiving rave reviews. Will there be an Oscar? We'll find out soon. The first Oscar should go to the celebrity couple's stylists.

Rachel Weisz and Daniel Craig are the most spectacular couple in show business. Although they have known each other since the '90s, it wasn't until 2010 that they started dating. Both had been through failed relationships. Craig had divorced actress Fiona Loudon, with whom he has a daughter, Ella, while Weisz has a teenage son from her relationship with director Darren Aronofsky. Craig and Weisz married in a private ceremony in 2011, attended by only four guests. Seven years later, their child was born. Today, they are one of the most influential couples in the film world, which is not lacking in high-profile breakups.

The couple appeared at the Venice Film Festival, where the latest film starring Craig, "Queer," had its premiere screenings. During Tuesday's event, the actor and his wife stole the show on the red carpet.

The British actor, known for his role as James Bond, sported an elegant white suit, emphasizing his style with great attention to detail, including shiny brown shoes and characteristic large sunglasses. Rachel Weisz caught the eye in a dazzling blue strapless gown accented with a diamond necklace that added an extra spark to the event.

"Queer," directed by Luca Guadagnino, is a film based on the semi-autobiographical novel by William Burroughs. Craig plays William Lee, an American expatriate and war veteran who starts a romance with a younger man, Eugene Allerton, played by Drew Starkey. According to the Daily Mail, the film has drawn attention for its bold love scenes, which might shock audiences with their transparency. During the festival, Daniel Craig emphasized that they aimed to make these scenes as heartfelt and natural as possible.

Alberto Barbera, director of the Venice Film Festival, expressed his belief that Craig delivered the "role of a lifetime" in "Queer" and admitted that if the actor does not receive an Academy Award nomination next year, which would be Craig's first Oscar nomination, it will be a great injustice according to him.
