Mexican-style salad

Ingredients:

                                  
  • 1 can of red beans
  • 1 can of corn
  • 7 ounces of yellow cheese
  • 2 pickles
  • 1 onion
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • Salt, pepper, hot paprika to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise

Preparation method:

                  
  1. Open the cans of beans and corn. Drain the vegetables using a strainer, then combine them.
  2. Dice the pickles, onion, and bell pepper into small pieces; add them to the vegetables from the cans.
  3. Cut the cheese into larger cubes and add it to the previously prepared ingredients.
  4. Add mayonnaise and spices, and mix everything together.
