Apple roll with puff pastry

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of puff pastry,
  • 2 sweet apples,
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar,
  • A pinch of cinnamon.

How to prepare:

  1. Peel the apples, wash them, and slice thinly.
  2. Unroll the puff pastry. Arrange the apple slices on it, sprinkle with half of the sugar and a dash of cinnamon, and roll it up tightly.
  3. Cut the roll into slices about three-quarters of an inch thick. Place each slice on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle the tops with the remaining sugar and a bit more cinnamon. Bake in a preheated oven at 338 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes. Remove carefully, let the rolls cool down, and you're all set. Bon appétit!
