- 4 bars of dark chocolate
- 1 pomegranate

Step 1: Begin by preparing the pomegranate. Score it in several places before easily extracting the seeds into a bowl.

Step 2: Proceed to melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler until it becomes smooth and liquid.

Step 3: Use a muffin tin for shaping the dessert. In each muffin cup, place a paper liner, and fill it with the melted chocolate to form the base of the desserts.

Step 4: Add 2-3 teaspoons of the pomegranate seeds on top of the chocolate base in each cup.

Step 5: Transfer the remaining liquid chocolate to a piping bag and create a decorative zigzag pattern on top of the fruit layer in each cup.

Step 6: Freeze the mini desserts for 4 hours. Once chilled, they are ready to be removed from the freezer and enjoyed by your guests. Bon appétit!
