Ingredients:
- 2 puff pastries

Cream:
- 7 fl oz heavy cream (30%)
- 9 oz mascarpone
- 4 tablespoons powdered sugar

- Fresh mint leaves
Preparation:
Step 1. Unroll the puff pastry sheet on a countertop. Fold it in half and then divide it into triangles.
Step 2. Place the triangles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Put them in an oven preheated to 430°F for about 15 minutes.
Step 3. Pour chilled heavy cream into a bowl and whip it, gradually adding powdered sugar and mascarpone cheese.
