- 80 percent of people will vote for Putin. The remaining 20 percent are rot that needs to be isolated and destroyed - says the Russian propagandist directly. The presidential election in Russia is supposed to take place in 2024, in which Vladimir Putin will traditionally run.

Vladimir Putin has been the president of Russia since 2012. Previously, he held this position from 1999-2008, when he replaced Boris Yeltsin. In the mere 32-year history of the Russian Federation, Putin has been president for about 19 years.

As the "Kommersant” newspaper learned, Vladimir Putin may soon announce his candidacy in the presidential elections, which will be held in Russia next year. Putin is supposed to make this announcement at the international "Russia" forum, which will be held in Moscow.

Russian propagandists have no doubt that the current Russian president will win in the upcoming elections. For the program hosted by Vladimir Solovyov and Margarita Simonjan, among the invitees is Andrei Gurulov, who is a close friend of Vladimir Putin.

Today, a proposal to cancel the presidential elections came up. Why? Even if we walk around here picking our noses, Vladimir Putin will still win the elections. It's not someone else's accomplishment, but solely his personal merit - Gurulew praised.

For Gurulev, a single person's rule lasting for decades is not a reason for reflecting on the state of democracy in Russia, but rather, a reason for pride.
