Many pieces of information provided by Russian media or government officials are elements of propaganda. Such reports are part of the information warfare conducted by the Russian Federation.
Vladimir Putin's visit to Kabardino-Balkaria and North Ossetia ended with a trip to Chechnya. In Grozny, he was driven along Putin Avenue and toured the Russian Special Forces University named after him.
Putin visited Chechnya
At the university, which has become one of the main centers for recruiting volunteers for the war in Ukraine, Ramzan Kadyrov introduced the president to his subordinates, who at the beginning of 2022 were "only 4 miles away from Kyiv" (according to Ukrainian intelligence, one of these groups was tasked with killing Volodymyr Zelensky).
Analysis by the agency "Agenstvo.Nowosti" shows that some of the security forces officials introduced to the president by the head of Chechnya turned out to be people whom Kadyrov calls "brothers."
Adam Kadyrov, the son of Ramzan, posted a photo with Putin on the banned in Russia Instagram. Although Adam is only 16 years old, he is already a curator at the Russian Special Forces University named after Putin and curator of the Sheikh Mansur Battalion.
Brutal beating of a 19-year-old student
The son of Kadyrov became "famous" for the brutal beating of 19-year-old student Nikita Zhuravel, who allegedly set fire to the Quran. He later received 10 "awards" for this act.
On Wednesday late evening, a video depicting young Kadyrov at the shooting range was posted online.
"During battles in the Kursk region, Putin watches as Adam Kadyrov shoots at the range," writes Nexta.
