How to make pumpkin pancakes step by step?
It turns out that you will achieve brilliant results by using pumpkin puree in a baked version for the recipe. Thanks to such an addition, the texture of the pancakes will be fluffy and delicate. Ingredients:
- 7 ounces flour,
- 1.5 teaspoons baking powder,
- 3 eggs,
- 1/4 cup sugar,
- 16 ounces of roasted pumpkin purée,
- 2 fluid ounces of milk,
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon,
- 1 pinch of salt.
Preparation:
