Some of the autumn specials have a typically American origin, like pumpkin pie or pumpkin latte. It's hard to deny that we are real lovers of autumn atmosphere and we know perfectly well how to celebrate this time of year. We love this time, and to make it even more enjoyable and to get into a blissful, cozy mood, we have prepared a few typically autumn treats. Even if you're not a declared fall lover, we guarantee that you'll lose your head for them. Each of these seasonal specials can be prepared in a few moments. We suggest what appliances will be helpful in this.

Pumpkin Latte - favorite coffee of every fall lover

It's hard to imagine October and November without this aromatic pumpkin-flavored coffee. In the fall season, pumpkin spice latte is a hit in every respectable coffee shop - and it's no wonder. Even though the heart and key ingredient is pumpkin syrup, the unique flavor of this coffee also owes to ingredients such as spices, honey, and whipped cream. It's hard to deny that pumpkin latte looks like a real dessert - and tastes the same. What's more, you don't need to make a trip to one of the popular chains to taste it. You can easily prepare a pumpkin spice latte at home. With the help of several practical appliances, it will taste excellent.

To prepare this coffee, you will of course need a good quality pressure or percolator pot. Brew an espresso, and then add heated and frothed milk mixed with pumpkin syrup. You can buy the syrup in a store or make it yourself. We recommend the latter option because it's not difficult. Simply cook the pumpkin in a small amount of water, along with vanilla and spices. When it's soft, add honey or condensed milk and blend with a blender. The best taste is obtained by first combining the syrup with the milk and only then adding it to the coffee. Top the latte with whipped cream and a few drops of pumpkin syrup. Your coffee dessert is ready!

Pumpkin Pie. Favorite autumnal bake

There has to be cake with coffee, and every fall lover knows that pumpkin pie reigns supreme in this season. Its tradition is long and it is associated with celebrating Thanksgiving. Pumpkin cake is promoted to the point where it became a cult symbol of fall. Its advantage is also a simple recipe. Even a beginner will be able to handle it. You need a few ingredients and a reliable mixer to make the work easy and enjoyable.

As the name suggests, the key ingredient of pumpkin cake is, of course, pumpkin, or rather, puree from this fruit. All you need to do is combine the pumpkin puree with butter, eggs, flour, sugar, and baking powder. A mixer will be ideal for this purpose, as it will effectively mix all the products and blend them into a smooth paste. The cake will be even tastier if you enrich it with a mix of spicy seasonings.

Pumpkin cream. The perfect soup for autumn chill

The autumn atmosphere encourages us to reach for warm, filling dishes. Light salads are replaced by warming dishes, such as risotto, pasta with thick sauces, or creamy soups. Out of these, the unquestionable queen of the current season is undoubtedly pumpkin cream soup. This thick, creamy soup is not only very tasty, healthy and nutritious, but also extremely easy to prepare. To prepare it, you need approximately 1.1 lbs of peeled pumpkin, a few potatoes, onions, butter, milk, vegetable broth, and of course spices - including warming ginger. The easiest way is to put the chopped ingredients in a pan and gently fry them, then pour in hot broth and cook for about 10 minutes. When the vegetables are soft, pour the content of the pan into a deep dish and blend it with the addition of milk. You can serve the soup with a dollop of sour cream and roasted pumpkin seeds. This taste is the quintessence of autumn in its best form!
