Prince William was shocked by the children's question: "I'm not that old"
Prince William recently visited Scotland, where he engaged in an unexpectedly candid exchange with primary school students in Burghead. The future king likely did not anticipate such straightforwardness from the children, and one question, in particular, seemed to "terrify" him.

Following the death of Queen Elizabeth II, significant changes occurred within the royal family. The throne of Britain is held by King Charles III. His son, William, alongside his wife, received new royal titles. The royal family certainly cannot claim to lack responsibilities.
Kate and William were in Scotland a few days ago, attending a charity sports event among other activities. Not only did they delight the audience with their cycling displays during the "Outfit Moray" meeting, but they also demonstrated affectionate gestures. Interestingly, the visit to Scotland will be remembered by the monarchy for a humorous incident that occurred during their interaction with the primary school students in Burghead.
Students surprise Prince William with unexpected questions
We all know that young children perceive the world in a distinct way. Children express their thoughts freely, and their straightforwardness sometimes surprises adults. The 41-year-old prince, father of three children, did not anticipate this level of frankness from the students.
The primary school students in Burghead were thrilled about the future king's visit. According to reports from "The Mirror," the young attendees at the meeting were deeply interested in the prince's life and asked him various questions fairly boldly. They queried if the prince had brought any soldiers from the Royal Guard to the meeting.
The children were also noticeably curious about Prince William's age. Following a question about his age, he decided to turn the tables:
"How old do you think I am?" he queried.
On hearing a child's estimate of 57 years, the prince promptly responded:
"I'm not that old!" he exclaimed.
Who would have expected children to add 16 years to Prince William's age?
