Polish PM stands with Ukraine in war against Russia: A tale of solidarity and strategizing
Prime Minister Tusk honored the victims of the Russian aggression at the Ukraine's Heroes' Memorial Wall and then met with journalists in Kyiv. During his press conference, he underlined his unwavering solidarity with the Ukrainian nation amid the ongoing war.

"We must firmly affirm our mutual support when faced with evil. There is no issue more crucial than supporting Ukraine in its war effort against the Russian attack," said Prime Minister Donald Tusk.
The Prime Minister also acknowledged the complex relations that the two countries have experienced in recent months. "We are aware of the conflicts of interest. We will discuss them not only in a friendly manner but also with the intent to resolve these problems as soon as possible instead of perpetuating or exacerbating them," he emphasized.

Commitments to a mutual alliance were also expressed as Prime Minister Donald Tusk emphasized, "I am in Kyiv also for Polish security."
"This issue doesn't only concern Ukraine, but also the entire free world and particularly Poland due to its geographical location," he said, assuring that one of the main purposes of his visit to Kyiv is to discuss strategies to mobilize Western countries to provide further aid to Ukraine.
During his visit, the Polish Prime Minister met with the president of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, and Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal.
