In September 2023, Neuralink, Musk's firm specializing in clinical trials and development of brain implants, announced that it is seeking volunteers for a brain implant procedure. The firm is particularly interested in individuals under the age of 40 suffering from quadriplegia, aiming to aid severely ill patients to resume everyday life.

Elon Musk, the wealthiest person globally and a passionate advocate of modern technology assures that monkey trials have shown encouraging results. Subsequently, Neuralink's next stage is human testing. Even though the primary focus is on people battling severe illnesses, applicants also wish to be part of history-making by reaching out to Musk's company. The first applicant happened to be the Playboy star.

Kayla Kayden, a 35-year-old porn film actress hailing from Nevada, has declared her desire to be the first human-robot hybrid. As Daily Star reported, the model views Musk's innovative product as a form of "brain botox".

During a conversation with Nude PR, Kayden highlighted the potential benefits of the chip, stating that she "won't need to fret over the effects of aging on her brain".

"As a hybrid human, I would have limitless possibilities. I could climb Everest at 90, I wouldn't ever need directions or to hold a phone. I wouldn't ever need to ask questions because I would always quickly find an answer. I believe if this enhances my intelligence, it's worth doing. I wish to be part machine," she emphasized.
