When preparing meals in our kitchens, we focus primarily on their taste, ensuring they are memorable and lacking nothing. Of course, this is the correct approach. However, it's equally important to remember that if a dish looks great, its reception can be even better.
A great example of this is homemade pizzas. Beyond being delicious with crispy dough, velvety tomato cream, and tasty toppings, they can also impress with their appearance. These pizzas resemble cute bears and are simply irresistible. You can make them too. I guarantee that even the pickiest eaters, young and old, will enjoy them.
When pizza bears appear in my kitchen, everyone loves them. The same will happen at your place
Ingredients:
Dough:
- 26 oz type 00 wheat flour
- 16 oz water
- 0.05 oz fresh yeast
- 0.6 oz olive oil
- 1 oz salt
Other ingredients:
- mozzarella in brine
- pizza sauce
- cherry tomatoes
- mushrooms
- corn
- mini salami
- basil leaves
Preparation:
Step 1. I start by preparing the pizza dough. I first combine water, 4 tablespoons of flour, and fresh yeast using a mixer.
Step 2. After a moment, I add the remaining ingredients: flour, salt, and olive oil.
Step 3. I leave the well-kneaded dough to rise for 3 hours. Then, I place it into a bowl and cover it with plastic wrap. The dough then goes into the fridge for 20 hours.
Step 4. Next, I divide the dough into 4 smaller pieces and let them rise again under cover for 5 hours.
Step 5. From each risen piece, I form one large round piece. Above it, I place two more petite balls of dough that will serve as the ears. I also don't forget the nose, which is also made from the dough.
Step 6. On both the most significant piece and the ears, I spread pizza sauce. Then, in the center, I place the toppings: mozzarella, mushrooms, and salami. The prepared pizza goes into a preheated oven for 4-5 minutes. The oven should be at 572°F using the grill function.
Step 7. Before serving, I decorate the pizzas with corn and fresh basil. I also add additional elements like eyes and more parts of the nose. And that's it, enjoy!
