The main ingredient is, of course, peanut butter. Whether creamy or crunchy, peanut butter is often associated with sweet dishes. In satay sauce, typically served with chicken skewers, it pairs perfectly with sour citrus and bold spices.

How to choose good peanut butter?

Peanut butter is known for being quite caloric and fatty due to its composition and texture. Despite appearances, when consumed in moderation, it positively impacts the body and is recommended as part of a balanced diet. Scientists have proven that the right portion of peanut butter can even help shed excess pounds. It's full of healthy fats, fiber, and protein. However, it's worth choosing a quality product to benefit from the advantages and properties of blended peanuts fully. The best choice is peanut butter made with 100% peanuts. However, some products on the market contain less than 70%. Ingredients like hydrogenated fats, salt, or sugar should also raise concerns. In this case, the shorter the ingredients list on the label, the better.
