Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3.5 oz chocolate candies
- 1 bar of milk chocolate
Additional ingredients:
- vanilla ice cream
- chocolate candies
Preparation:
Step 1. Pour the melted butter into a bowl. Add the white and brown sugars and vanilla extract. Start mixing, gradually adding the eggs, cornstarch, all-purpose flour, and baking soda.
Step 2. Add the chocolate candies and chopped chocolate to the batter and mix well. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 3. Using a scoop, portion the dough and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them apart. Bake in an oven preheated to 350°F for about 12 minutes.
Step 4. Even out the edges of the baked cookies with a glass so they are the same size. Once cooled, place a portion of ice cream on one cookie and cover it with another cookie. Roll the sides in candies. Place in the freezer for half an hour.
