Pan-fried cheesecakes are a delicious and nutritious breakfast that you can prepare in just 15 minutes. All you need are a few simple ingredients that you probably already have in your kitchen. It's a tasty change from the usual sandwiches or pancakes.

Preparing them is simple. Although they are thick and fluffy, you don't need to wait for any dough to rise. This is thanks to the farmer's cheese, which provides protein and calcium. Pan-fried cheesecakes are not only tasty but also very satisfying. They are perfect for an afternoon snack or a sweet breakfast.

Pan-fried cheesecakes

Our breakfasts often include simple dishes like scrambled eggs, sandwiches, or omelets. However, if you're looking for something new to bring a refreshing change to your daily menu, I have a revolutionary recipe for you: pan-fried cheesecakes. They originate from the East and are mainly associated with Ukrainian cuisine. Some people add raisins, while others prefer pieces of chocolate or apples, but the classic version has always been a huge success in my home.

Even the pickiest eater won't refuse such a delicious breakfast. Seeing them can make your appetite grow, especially when served with a dollop of sour cream and jam or fresh fruit.
