Oppenheimer dominates the 96th Oscars with Seven Wins
The 96th Oscars ceremony took place, drawing many celebrities to the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles, all eagerly awaiting the outcomes of this esteemed event.
The creators of "The Interest Zone" were awarded the Oscar for Best International Feature Film. Representing the United Kingdom, the film was selected for this category mainly because its dialogue was predominantly in German.
John Cena, presenting the award for best costumes, stirred quite a commotion at the gala. In an unexpected turn, he appeared on stage... without any attire, choosing only to cover himself with the envelope containing the winner’s name.
Cillian Murphy was honored for his leading role in "Oppenheimer." Christopher Nolan, the creative force behind "Oppenheimer," took home the award for Best Director. At the same time, Emma Stone was celebrated as the best leading actress for her role in "Poor Creatures," a win that surprised many who had anticipated Lily Gladstone to take the statue.
