Important tips:

  1. Don’t overheat the pan: Heat the pan over medium heat. The high temperature will cause the omelet to set quickly, losing its fluffiness and moisture.
  2. Mix the ingredients: Instead of mixing them in a bowl, put them in a closed jar and shake for a few minutes. This will make the omelet more aerated and light.
  3. Fry with a cover: Frying the omelet under a lid over very low heat retains moisture and makes the omelet soft and delicate.

A recipe for the best egg omelet

Ingredients:

                
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • A pinch of baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of sugar
  • Olive oil for frying

Additions:

          
  • Chives or onion
  • 2 slices of ham
  • 2 slices of smoked bacon
  • 3 slices of yellow cheese

Preparation:
