No-bake peanut butter and chocolate cupcakes
When it's hot outside, I don't want to raise the temperature further with a heated oven. However, this doesn't mean I have to give up dessert - many recipes do not require baking. One of my favorites is delicious oatmeal cupcakes with chocolate and peanut butter.
The preparation is very simple, but you need to be patient because the cupcakes need to freeze properly. It's worth the wait because they are really delicious.
Ingredients:
Oatmeal layer:
- 2 cups of oatmeal
- 1/2 cup of honey
- 1/3 cup of peanut butter
- 1/3 cup of chopped peanuts
Chocolate layer:
- 1 bar of dark chocolate
- 2 teaspoons of 30% cream
Peanut layer:
- 1/2 cup of peanut butter
- 1 oz of chocolate flakes
Preparation:
Step 1: Pour the oatmeal into a bowl. Add chopped peanuts, honey, and peanut butter, and mix thoroughly. Transfer the resulting mixture into cupcake molds and press down to form the first layer of the dessert. Pour melted dark chocolate mixed with cream over the top and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Step 2: When the cupcakes are cooled and the chocolate has solidified, add peanut butter and sprinkle the top with chocolate flakes. Place in the refrigerator for a minimum of 3 hours.
Step 3: After cooling, serve the cupcakes by removing them from the molds. Enjoy your meal!
