How to make a no-bake raspberry cloud?

To prepare a no-bake raspberry cloud, you need a few simple ingredients:

  • 2 packages of raspberry jelly
  • 3 cups of hot water
  • 5.6 oz of ladyfingers
  • 21 oz of frozen raspberries
  • 0.42 oz of gelatin powder
  • 3.4 fl oz of hot water
  • 2 cups of heavy cream
  • 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla paste
  • 1.4 oz of meringues
  • 1 oz of almond flakes

Preparation:

  1. Raspberry jelly: Dissolve the jelly in hot water and set aside to cool.
  2. Ladyfinger base: Line the bottom of a 7x11-inch baking tray with parchment paper and arrange the ladyfingers.
  3. Raspberry jelly with raspberries: Add frozen to the slightly cooled jelly, mix, and set aside to gel. Then, pour the mixture over the ladyfinger base and refrigerate for about 20 minutes.
  4. Cream mixture: Dissolve the gelatin in 3.4 fl oz of hot water and set aside to cool. Whip the well-chilled heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla paste. Add a tablespoon of whipped cream to the cooled gelatin, mix, and then pour the mixture into the rest of the cream. Gently mix to achieve a uniform but not too stiff mass.
  5. Finishing: Spread the cream mixture over the raspberry jelly layer, smooth the surface, top with meringues, and sprinkle with almond flakes.
  6. Chilling: Refrigerate the cake for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.

After chilling, the raspberry cloud is ready to serve. Make this special dessert for your family!
