Add butter biscuits, cocoa biscuits, heavy cream, mascarpone cheese, and caramel sauce to your shopping list. It already sounds delicious and becomes even more irresistible when you skillfully combine all the ingredients.

Away from the oven

No-bake desserts are a summer staple. During hot days, turning on the oven isn't an option. This recipe relies on two types of biscuits, giving it a unique flavor. Thanks to the heavy cream and mascarpone mixture, it's also incredibly creamy. And the familiar aroma from childhood? The caramel sauce plays an important role here. As with any layered dessert, the flavors blend beautifully.

Must be chilled

An important step in this dessert is whipping the cream. While it's not difficult, it's essential to use 30 or 36 percent heavy cream that is well-chilled. If you're using freshly purchased cream, you can chill it for 15 minutes in the freezer. It's best to place it with the bowl, preferably glass or metal, as the cream does not whip well in plastic. The remaining steps in preparing this dessert are so simple that even teenagers can handle them.
