Neymar expresses condolences for the passing of influencer Luana Andrade

Brazilian media reports on the untimely demise of 29-year-old influencer, Luana Andrade. Andrade's death resulted from complications following a liposuction procedure. The popular personality was known to be close to Neymar, who expressed his condolences to her family on Instastories.
Several Brazilian outlets, including the newspaper "O Globo", announced Andrade's death. She was admitted to a Sao Paulo private hospital on Monday for liposuction.
Reports suggest that the operation experienced serious complications. After about two and a half hours, her heart tragically stopped. The medical team halted the procedure and quickly began resuscitation efforts. Andrade, unconscious, was shifted to the intensive care unit. Despite the hospital's best efforts, her life was unfortunately lost.
The procedure was halted and examinations were undertaken, indicating a massive thrombosis. She was then moved to the intensive care unit and received pharmacotherapy and hemodynamic treatment. Despite the tireless efforts of the hospital staff, her condition deteriorated and she passed away around 4.30 AM EST, as reported by São Luiz hospital and quoted by "O Globo".
A postmortem investigation revealed that the cause of death was an extensive pulmonary embolism linked to thrombosis. "O Globo" reports that a privately hired doctor and anesthesiologist, commissioned by the influencer's family, performed the procedure.
Luana Andrade's close friend, Neymar, paid his respects, posting a condolence message on his Instastories after her passing, meant for her grieving family.

Andrade's untimely demise shocked Brazil. Many comments under her last published photo praised her figure, suggesting that liposuction was unnecessary for her. Fans, in their grief, also extended their condolences to the family.
