As for the filling, the base is Turkish Pismaniye, somewhat akin to our cotton candy. Some people also compare it to halvah. It consists of sugar stretched in wheat flour, with optional additions like cocoa or vanilla. The texture of this traditional confection is very fluffy and fibrous. Colloquially, it is called angel hair, which leads to its alternative name: angel chocolate.
Is the novelty more expensive than Dubai chocolate?
Although angel chocolate's composition sounds quite exotic, its price stirs the most debate. An influencer known as "such a topic" decided to test this novelty. He paid $10 for a promotional 2.6-ounce bar, which translates to $140 per kilogram. If he bought the chocolate without the discount, it would cost $14.50, approximately $192.50.
