According to reports, a resident of San Francisco has hatched a plan to kill his Indonesian father-in-law. He attacked him in his home in Banjar City, West Java.

35-year-old American Arthur Leigh Welohr ran a small business in West Java, Indonesia, with his 58-year-old father-in-law Agus Sopiyan. Sadly, their joint venture did not do well, which led to a deterioration in their relationship. Ultimately, conflict escalated leading to murder.
Welohr allegedly incapacitated and knocked down Agus, after which he repeatedly stabbed the older man. As reported by the British tabloid "Daily Mail", neighbors heard screams, but dismissed them as a regular argument.
Shocked witnesses of the incident subdued Welohra and called for police assistance. The 58-year-old victim was found behind her house "in a terrible state," as reported by the portal. In the video footage from the scene of the crime, the severed head of the deceased can be seen lying next to his shoulders.
The Director of Public Relations for the local police, Nandi Darmawan, said that a suspect in this case has been arrested, but the investigation into the incident is still ongoing.

According to the police, Welohr has frequently been involved in conflicts with his father-in-law in the past. It is also said that he vandalized his house, but for "various reasons", he was never arrested.
