To prepare a delicious dinner in a truly autumnal atmosphere, you really need a few basic ingredients. That's why you can easily do quick shopping, and then there's not much work left and the opportunity to enjoy a tasty dinner.
Ingredients:
Egg patties:
- 6 eggs,
- 1 onion,
- ¼ cup of chopped parsley,
- 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs,
- seasonings: salt and pepper to taste.
Mushroom sauce:
- 8.8 oz mushrooms,
- 1.27 cups of vegetable broth,
- 0.63 cups of cream,
- 3 tablespoons of flour,
- 1 onion,
- 1 clove of garlic,
- spices: salt and pepper.
Preparation method:
- Start the recipe by hard boiling some eggs.
- Then peel and divide the mushrooms into smaller pieces.
- Don't forget to peel the onions and dice them finely. Also chop the parsley finely.
- At the end, leave yourself peeling garlic and crushing it through a press.
