Musk is supporting the U.S. president through his statements, who recently adopted a strategy of discussing peace in Ukraine without Kyiv's involvement.

Three years ago, shortly after the war in Ukraine began, Elon Musk posted a message on platform X expressing support for the Ukrainians. "Maintain a strong Ukraine," he wrote. Internet users now remind the billionaire of his previous social media post and question what has changed since then.

"Russia went too far 3 years ago, now the Ukrainian government has gone too far," Musk stated in response. "Endless death in trenches is wrong and anyone who continues to push that lacks both empathy and a brain," he added.

The Trump administration strikes at Zelensky

Donald Trump and his administration have been publicly criticizing Volodymyr Zelensky for several days.

Elon Musk himself stated that the Ukrainians dislike President Zelensky, which is why Volodymyr Zelensky refuses to hold elections. The billionaire also supports Trump's decision to exclude Zelensky from discussing ending the war.

In a post on TruthSocial, Trump sharply criticized Volodymyr Zelensky, calling him a "dictator without elections" and urged swift action, "or else he won’t have a country." The U.S. president also accused the Ukrainian leader of dragging the USA into a "war that cannot be won."

National Security Advisor Mike Waltz responded to these comments on Fox News: "President Trump was very clear. He intends to end this war, but all parties must be involved."

Meanwhile, Vice President J.D. Vance criticized Zelensky for his public remarks about Donald Trump, calling them "a terrible way" to manage relations with the U.S. administration.
