A Moscow oil refinery was seriously damaged in an attack by Ukrainian drones, according to a statement made on Thursday by Russian Energy Minister Sergei Civiliev, quoted by Reuters.

"There is no tragedy from the point of view of residents and consumers. It is more of a problem for us because everything needs to be rebuilt,” stated Russian Energy Minister Sergey Tsivilyov.

However, Reuters reported on Monday, citing three sources, that the Moscow refinery halted Euro+ oil processing due to a fire.

This oil accounts for approximately half of the refinery's output. Sources claimed that the repair would take 5-6 days.
