How to make moon milk at home

Here's how to make moon milk.

Ingredients:

  • 1 and 1/4 cup of your preferred type of milk (both cow's milk and almond milk are excellent for promoting sleep)
  • 3/4 teaspoon of ground turmeric, for a bright yellow color
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon of ground ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • A dash of honey.

Instruction:

Combine the milk, herbs, and spices in a small pot and warm on a low heat. Once heated, remove the pot from the stove, cover with a lid and leave to steep for about 5-10 minutes. Strain the mixture into a cup, add honey to your liking and a touch of coconut oil for extra creaminess. Enjoy!
