Have weeds appeared in your garden or lawn? They look unattractive and can quickly multiply, ultimately suffocating the ornamental plants we grow or causing smaller crops in the vegetable garden. Unwanted self-seeders often grow in hard-to-reach places, such as cracks in paving stones.

How to get rid of weeds without weeding?

The most popular method of getting rid of weeds is, of course, weeding them out, i.e., mechanically removing them—manually or with a hoe with a sharpened end. However, this is a tedious method that can heavily strain our spines. Spending a long time in one rather unnatural, bent position may result in unpleasant back pain.

Some people opt for chemical methods and sprays. However, this is not an eco-friendly solution and can be expensive, negatively impacting our crops.

Removing weeds without weeding

Fortunately, there are modern noninvasive methods of weed removal that allow us to easily clean the garden and driveway or sidewalk without bending over and risking back pain. Special tools can help with this. One such gadget is a weed burner. With it, we can quickly remove unwanted plants without harming others. Using the nozzle, we grasp the stem and roots and then burn them.

A special weed puller can also help in the fight against weeds. There's no need to bend over—the machine consists of special "claws" on a long handle. We can easily cut out weeds in garden beds without damaging other plants, as well as in hard-to-reach places.
