This news has stirred up American media. According to reports, Melania Trump will not return to the White House if her husband assumes the presidency again at the beginning of next year. CNN reported that it is unlikely she will permanently move to Washington as the first lady during the second term.

Meanwhile, according to the Independent, it is expected that Melania Trump will spend most of her time between New York City, where their 18-year-old son Barron is studying at New York University, and Palm Beach, Florida.

Did not accompany her husband

Melania Trump did not join her husband on his trip to the White House on Wednesday.

During the traditional meeting between the president-elect and the sitting president, the first ladies usually have a conversation.

Melania Trump did not accept the invitation, but she did not provide a reason. Some sources reported that she had prior commitments related to promoting her book.

Although sources report that Melania prefers "not to engage publicly," she is also "a constant voice in her husband's ear, giving him advice."
