McLaren revolutionizes auto world with GTS: The spacious supercar with speed to match

As per the brand's claim, the GTS is the perfect grand tourer that performs well both on the racetrack and during long travels. The manufacturer has put in substantial effort to maximize comfort and space - of course, by supercar standards.
What's the proof? Take, for instance, two spacious trunks. The rear, situated under the glass and controlled by an electric cover, holds about 14.8 cubic ft., while the front adds another 5.3 cubic ft. This means that the total luggage space is larger than that of many typical vehicles.
The car also comes with a standard system to elevate the front axle, which increases ground clearance in about 4 seconds. Onboard, you'll find an adaptive suspension and ceramic brakes, undoubtedly marking this as a bona fide supercar.
The same holds true for the drive. The twin-turbo, four-liter V8 now produces 635 HP - that's 15 HP more than its predecessor. The entire vehicle weighs approximately 22 lbs less. The curb weight of around 3351 lbs was achieved largely due to the use of composites.
For a grand tourer, the McLaren GTS certainly moves rapidly. It hits 100 km/h (about 62 mph) in roughly 3.5 seconds, and 200 km/h (about 124 mph) flashes by on the meter after just 8.9 seconds. The top speed caps at 326 km/h (about 202 mph).
Interested buyers can place their orders now, although prices haven't been revealed yet. One thing is for sure - the GTS will be significantly pricier than the outgoing GT.
