In the last match of the season, Mauro Icardi scored two goals, leading Galatasaray Istanbul to a 3-1 victory over Konyaspor. Throughout the season, the Argentine impressed with his effectiveness in front of the goal, finishing with 25 goals and eight assists. He led both the scorers' rankings and the overall points standings of the Turkish league.

There are plenty of reasons to celebrate as Galatasaray became Turkish champions ahead of their great rival, Fenerbahce. Mauro Icardi was instrumental in this success.

Galatasaray fans are celebrating the victory. After the away match against Konyaspor, the celebration continued at the stadium in Istanbul, where an extraordinary illumination depicting Mauro Icardi appeared above it.

The show was prepared using drones. The drones formed Mauro Icardi's hands in his characteristic celebration pose after scoring a goal, with his hands placed next to his ears.

Icardi rebuilt his career in Turkey. He had previously broken scoring records in Italy with Inter Milan, but his transfer to the French club Paris Saint-Germain did not go as planned, as he spent much of his time on the bench in Paris.

The Galatasaray forward did not receive a call-up to the Copa America by the Argentina national team. This is due to personal history. In the past, Mauro Icardi married the ex-wife of Maxi Lopez, a friend of Lionel Messi. Many Argentine players sided with Lopez, resulting in Icardi not being accepted into the national team.
