- Approximately 1/4 cup of vinegar
- Approximately 4 1/4 cups of boiling water
- A pinch of salt
For the pancake batter:
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup of milk
- Approximately 3.5 oz of flour
- Approximately 1 oz of Parmesan
