Three individuals, Anna, Megan, and Sam, have formed an unconventional love triangle. In a relationship that has been sustained for a while, Sam divides his time between his two partners, spending five days a week with one and the weekends with the other. They all assert that this arrangement possesses numerous benefits.

Sam, 33, is involved with Megan, 27, and Anna, 26. This unique trio shares many similarities and their relationship is more intricate than it initially appears. They all consented to a polyamorous relationship where the women willingly share Sam, albeit they don't engage in intimate relations with each other. They insist this setup is satisfying for all parties involved.

Daily, Sam resides with Anna, his soon-to-be wife. The couple purchased a house together with a terrace three years ago. Sam departs for Hampshire each Friday afternoon to spend weekends at a two-bedroom apartment with his second partner, Megan.

The concept of an open relationship was initially proposed by Anna. Sam, who was exclusively monogamous before meeting Anna, agreed to the idea, despite his initial reservations. They subsequently registered on certain dating platforms to introduce a third person into their relationship.

"Many perceive polyamory as merely reckless behavior. They assume that Anna, Megan, and I never leave the bed. However, this is far from the truth. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate physical intimacy, but I would be exhausted if that was all there was to it. I realized I could develop feelings for more than one person simultaneously. If it's functioning, why not? After all, we are presently living in 2023," Sam explains in an interview with the Daily Mail.

Relationship therapist Dipti Tait, concurs that polyamory has become more accepted and widespread recently. The younger generation perceives amorous relationships distinctively. Generation Z refutes the idea that a single person should fulfill all romantic and physical needs and shares the specialist in a conversation with the Daily Mail.

Sam, Anna, and Megan abide by specific rules. They schedule meetups and mutually share their whereabouts during dates. This peculiar relationship elicits extreme reactions among their friends.
