Loss of beloved nurse and influencer Taina Medeiros shocks Brazil

Brazilian media reported the sad news of the death of 34-year-old Taina Medeiros. The nurse, who regularly provided advice to new mothers, had to undergo surgery, after which she passed away. Earlier, she had asked people to pray for her.

Taina Medeiros ran social media profiles where she primarily spoke on breastfeeding by young mothers. She dealt with various aspects of motherhood and worked as a nurse and maternity consultant. Recently, her health deteriorated, requiring her to undergo major surgery.

At that time, she posted on Instagram that she would need to focus on her own health for a while. "Pray for my recovery. Now I need to take care of myself, but soon I will be better to take care of all of you," wrote Medeiros. Unfortunately, despite the doctors' efforts, the 34-year-old passed away. The official cause of death was not disclosed, but her loved ones shared some facts about her life.

According to the family's account, the nurse had an ectopic pregnancy, which is a direct threat to women's lives. Medical specialists explain that it involves the slower movement of the egg cell, which implants outside the uterus. If the egg gets stuck in the fallopian tube, the pregnancy cannot continue, and the only option is its surgical removal.

Taina Medeiros had a husband and a five-year-old daughter. She was buried on July 25 in Parnamirim, in northeastern Brazil.
