LeBron James' son made his NCAA university league debut in December, playing for the University of Southern California Trojans. Despite a lengthy hiatus from the game, the teenager performed commendably, scoring four points, and achieving three rebounds, two assists, and two steals.
LeBron James, his father, was sure to be present in the stands, previously declaring his intentions to attend his son's first NCAA match, irrespective of his own schedule with the Los Angeles Lakers.
Young star's harrowing ordeal
This past summer, during a training session, Bronny James, then a prospective first-year student at the University of Southern California, collapsed and was urgently taken to the hospital ICU.
The young basketball player experienced a sudden cardiac arrest. The ordeal appeared to be quite dire.
"Despite an ongoing treatment, we remain hopeful for his steady progress and are optimistic," said Dr. Merije Chukumerije, a cardiologist at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
Dr. Chukumerije commended the prompt and effective response when LeBron James' son fainted. "He arrived at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center fully conscious, neurologically intact, and stable," Chukumerije revealed.
