Many reports from Russian media and government representatives may not be accurate. These reports could form part of an information war driven by the Russian Federation.

Russia ranks among the permanent members of the UN Security Council, together with China, France, the United States, and Great Britain.

In a letter addressed to the United Nations, Russia promptly proposed the Security Council meeting date: January 22.

The initiative from Moscow came just a few hours after the United States requested a Security Council meeting on January 10 concerning reports of Russia utilizing North Korean ballistic missiles in Ukraine.

Russia vehemently denies receiving aid from Kim

Despite substantial evidence, Kremlin officials persistently refute that they are receiving military aid from the Pyongyang regime. Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova recently said such accusations are "baseless".
