King Charles III heeded the doctors' advice and decided where and when he will spend his vacation. A large part of the British royal family will accompany him. Unfortunately, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will be absent. There is a clear reason for this.

Despite his battle with cancer, King Charles III strives to uphold long-standing traditions. This is not always possible. Due to his health condition, he had to step down from his long-held presidency at the Royal Ballet School. To the surprise of his relatives, he did not pass the role to his eldest son.

This time, however, the aristocrat does not intend to change anything. As in every year, he will go on a well-deserved vacation to the late Elizabeth II's favorite castle. According to long-standing tradition, Windsor family members will visit him at Balmoral. However, it turns out not everyone will be there. It's not hard to guess who will be missing.

British media report that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will not be among the invited guests. This snub is a significant surprise, as since the diagnosis, the 75-year-old has been doing his best to improve relations with his son and grandchildren. So why won't he bring them from the United States?

They will not join the rest of the royal family in August. The king wishes for this to be a happy family occasion, during which royal family members will gather for just over a week to discuss future plans and relax. The Sussexes will not take part in this meeting — as reported on Express.co.uk.

The British media doesn't rule out that the younger brother of the heir to the throne may come to Balmoral, but certainly not when important matters are being discussed by other "Royals". He may thus feel somewhat excluded and, according to some experts, also humiliated.

King Charles III invited Duchess Kate and Prince William on vacation

Until August 4, the fairytale-like estate in Balmoral is open to visitors. A few days later, King Charles III and Queen Camilla will arrive there.

In the middle of the month, Princess Anne will arrive with her husband, as well as Zara and Mike Tindall. The presence of Prince Andrew, Sarah Ferguson, Beatrice, and Eugenie is unconfirmed.

Prince William, Duchess Kate, and their children certainly do not need to worry about an invitation to Balmoral for the holiday. What do you think; would Prince Harry and the estranged Meghan Markle's presence indeed be inappropriate?
