  • 1.1 pounds of chicken,
  • 2 tomatoes,
  • 1 cucumber,
  • 1/2 of a Napa cabbage,
  • 1/4 of a red cabbage,
  • A can of corn,

  • A teaspoon of apple vinegar.


  • 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise,
  • 4 tablespoons of Greek yogurt,
  • A clove of garlic.

Preparation (step by step):

  1. Finely chop the Napa and red cabbages. Sprinkle them with salt and drizzle with a teaspoon of vinegar, mixing thoroughly by hand. Set aside for a while.
  2. Cut the chicken into small pieces and season with chicken seasoning, pepper, salt, and sweet paprika. Fry it in a pan and leave to cool down.
  3. Slice the onion finely.
  4. Drain the corn.
  5. Quarter the tomatoes, remove the seeds, and reserve only the flesh, then cut into strips.
  6. Cut the cucumber lengthwise into two, then slice thinly.
  7. Combine mayonnaise with yogurt, add garlic crushed with a press, and season with salt and pepper in a bowl.
  8. Once the lettuce and cabbage have softened, squeeze out the excess water.
  9. Combine all the prepared ingredients in a bowl, mixing them together thoroughly.
