According to a survey conducted by Ipsos for Reuters, Kamala Harris is expanding her lead over Donald Trump. Nearly 47% of respondents plan to vote for the U.S. Vice President in the November elections, while 40% plan to vote for the former President.

Survey data shows that 46.61% of respondents would like to vote for Kamala Harris, while 40.48% for Donald Trump. This result is 7 percentage points better than the previous survey.

When asked which candidate has a better approach to the economy, unemployment, and jobs, 43% of respondents indicated Trump and 41% indicated Harris.

Trump's two-point lead in this area is comparable to his three-point lead in the August Ipsos survey for Reuters, but it is significantly lower than his 11-point lead over Harris at the end of July.
